So in High School I took a class on Entomology. After being amazed by the various insects and capturing a few in the wild, The Tarantula Hornet was the one that got away, I became very interested in the potential "uses" of insects. One Day, I was visiting Berkeley during their Entomology Departments get together day or something, and what did I find? Cooked Bugs.
